There are many benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and over the past 10 years, I have managed to keep fit by exercising at least 2 times a week, working with one of the capable accountable partners at Viable Results and most importantly eating a restrictive diet which means you have rules of what to eat and not eat, for example eating salads, grains,using little or no oil etc. I am sure you know the drill if you are one of those that have tried one method or the other to shed weight but recently after achieving some top life goals. I became extraordinarily content with life and this somehow led to less motivation and drive to work towards anything including my weight. I completely quit being accountable with my buddy, stopped restrictive eating with little gym time🙈, but luckily over the years, I have created a better relationship with food so I still ate in moderation. I gained 9lbs over 3 months and this is okay too. I have just got back from a short trip and this has given me time to truly relax, not working and reducing time spent reading blogs, and endless scrolling on social media. I stayed consistent with my workout regime mainly because I got motivation from my Accountable buddy on a regular basis.

The past few week’s social media conversations and news related to violence against the female gender including sexual harassment has been very difficult for me and women alike. I have been thinking of how I can get involved with and campaign about violence against women.
