Not every nasolabial fold needs cheek filler.

This patient had a full facial assessment before treatment. Rather than adding volume to the cheeks, we focused on supporting the area that was contributing to the fold.

A small amount of filler was placed into the pyriform fossa using a needle to provide structural support, before treating the nasolabial fold with a cannula. Using a cannula in this area can reduce trauma and bruising while allowing the filler to be placed smoothly and safely.

The goal wasn’t to make the face look fuller. It was to soften the fold while keeping everything natural and in balance.
