Many of you have seen my health & wellness journey through posts. 💪 💪 💪

Not many of you see the rollercoaster that is the journey. 🎢 Although some of you can guess from the silent periods 🙏

Over the past 8 years, from the point at which I decided to choose my health , to now I have realised a few things. Yes the scales say 7 St 1lb lighter, but in reality that has not been a consistent loss- the stark reality is that I have probably lost closer to 30st as I have gained & lost along the way. Pretty shocking when you think about it.

I had a tonne of people along the way supporting me, however, I would get defensive, snappish & at some points not give a sh*t about what they thought or even about myself.

This is why I have formed to help motivate & keep YOU accountable with no fear of judgement, no fear of upsetting those you love & finally being continually reminded that even though you may slip up, you always should come back to your health & wellness no matter what.

I know how you feel, I have been there. I know how daunting it is.

I also know that you are worth it & YOU are enough to get consistent.
