THE OG OF ALL HAIR OILS
EST. 2014
Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment where a continuous stream of warm oil is gently poured over the forehead.
According to Ayurvedic tradition, the rhythmic flow and warmth are used to deeply calm the mind, encourage relaxation and help restore balance within the body.
People commonly use Shirodhara to support:
• Stress and anxiety
• Insomnia and poor-quality sleep
• Mental fatigue and brain fog
• Headaches and migraines
• Nervous-system relaxation
• Emotional overwhelm
• A feeling of being mentally overstimulated or burnt out
For me, it was one of those treatments that made my entire body feel like it could finally switch off.
One of my biggest goals for my 40th birthday was to get myself back to 49kg.
In Jan 2026 I was 57kg I’m only 5ft.
I started my health and wellness journey in February 2026, and seven months later, on my 40th birthday, I officially weighed 49.5kg.
But this was never really just about the number on the scales.
For me, it represents strength. Resilience. Discipline. Dedication. Keeping a promise to myself.
It was showing up at the gym four days a week, even on the days I didn’t feel like it. Moving my body. Building strength. Nourishing myself properly. Prioritising my health, my hormones, my mind and my wellbeing.
And somewhere along the way, I realised that when you start taking care of your body, so much else begins to change too.
You feel stronger mentally. You have more energy. You feel more confident. More capable. More grounded. You genuinely start to feel like a million dollars.
Because health isn’t just about what your body looks like. It’s about how you feel living inside it.
A healthier mind, a stronger body and a nourished soul change the way you show up for your entire life.
49.5kg was the birthday goal.
But the woman I became getting there was the real achievement.
40 feels GREAT 😊 🦋

I genuinely had no idea how beautiful the Islamic perspective on an eclipse was.
During the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, a solar eclipse happened on the day his young son Ibrahim died.
People began connecting the two events.
But the Prophet ﷺ corrected them and taught that the sun and moon are two signs from the signs of Allah they do not eclipse because somebody is born or dies.
And instead of teaching us to fear the eclipse or give it mystical power, he taught us to turn towards Allah.
🌑 Pray Salat al-Kusuf
🤲 Make dua
✨ Remember Allah
🤍 Seek forgiveness
🫶 Give sadaqah
That completely changed the way I looked at it.
The eclipse isn’t the source of the power.
It’s a sign of the One who has the power.
The sun doesn’t control my future.
The moon doesn’t control my future.
A “portal” doesn’t control my future.
Allah does.
And perhaps that’s the most beautiful reminder of all.
There’s a solar eclipse today 🌑 and my feed has been FULL of posts about eclipse energy, manifestation, the Lion’s Gate portal, releasing, receiving… all of it.
But as a Muslim, where is the line?
For me, there’s a huge difference between using a moment in time as a psychological reset to journal, reflect, set intentions and think about what I want to change and believing that a date, planet, eclipse or “portal” has the power to change my destiny.
I can journal any day.
I can set intentions any day.
I can make dua any day.
I can start again any day.
✨ The eclipse doesn’t control my destiny. Allah does.
And once I started looking into what Islam actually teaches us about eclipses… it became SO much more beautiful.
Watch part 2: what the Prophet ﷺ taught us about eclipses 🌙🤍
