1 ml of the drug contains active ingredients (mg):
calcium gluconate monohydrate - 328.2;
calcium glycerophosphate - 81.3;
magnesium chloride hexahydrate - 41.8.
Caltrim solution for injection 100 ml is a veterinary drug for the treatment of cows with postpartum hypocalcemia and hypophosphatemia, postpartum paresis, pasture tetany, young animals, patients with various types of rickets, adult animals, patients with osteodystrophy, allergies of various etiologies, hemorrhagic diathesis, posthemorrhagic anemia, postpartum hemoglobinuria and myoglobinuria. The drug is effective in the joint course of postpartum paresis and postpartum hypophosphatemia, sodium chloride poisoning, subinvolution of the uterus, fractures and bone injuries. Dogs, in addition, the drug is used for eclampsia. The drug is used to prevent postpartum hypocalcemia and hypophosphatemia 12-24 hours before delivery and in the first one to two days after delivery.

What at is Duphalyte used for?

Ciprocolin is a complex drug, a therapeutic effect of a synergistic injection of active components in the drug: ciprofloxacin and colistin sulfate.

Ciprofloxacin belongs to the group of fluoroquinolones. The mechanism of action of ciprofloxacin in the inhibition of DNA-gyrase of bacteria, which alters the process of DNA replication, which disrupts the integrity of the membrane of bacterial cells, which leads to death. Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride quickly eliminates R-plasmids, which changes the development of microorganism resistance to the drug.

The drug is active against gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms, and especially against E. coli, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Enterobacter spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Serratia spp., Campylobacter spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Yersinia spp., Vibrio spp., Aeromonas spp., Haemophilus spp., also sensitive to the drug: Brucella spp., Staphylococcus spp. (Including strains that produce penicillinase, and methicillin-resistant strains), Mycoplasma spp., Mycobacterium spp., Chlamydia spp.

Chloramphenicol
is considered to be a broad spectrum bacteriostatic antibiotic. Gentian violet is an antiseptic barvnik of weak antifungal and antimicrobial activity. Pharmacological characteristics

The synergistic bactericidal action of the penicillin-dihydrostrepto­mycin association covers a very wide spectrum of micro­orga­nisms. Penicillin attacks bacterial cell walls and thus enhances the pe*******on of di­hydrostreptomycin which interferes w/ the protein synthesis. Penicillin G is active against many G(+) bacteria. Its distribution is wide. The benzathine form of penicillin G is active for 18-24 hrs and the procaine form gives an extended action up to 5 days (3 days in practice). Dihydrostreptomycin is mainly active against G(-) bacteria and thus completes the spectrum of penicillin G.

Indications for use specifying the target species
Cattle: Pasteurellosis pneumonia, septi­cemia, metritis, leptospirosis and reticulo-peritonitis.
Swine: Septicemia, MMA syn­drome, erysipelas, leptospirosis, prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases.
Sheep/goats: Vesicular stomatitis, arthritis and septicemia.

Mastometrin solution for injections . Subcutaneously or intramuscularly. A single dose of the drug per animal is:

small pets: 0.1 ml per 1 kg of animal weight (min. 0.5 ml, max. 4.0 ml),

horses 8.0-10.0 ml,

cattle 5.0 ml, calves 2.5-3.0 ml,

sheep, goats 3.0 ml

Therapeutic indications
MAXITROL eye drops, suspension is indicated for the short-term treatment of steroid responsive conditions of the eye when prophylactic antibiotic treatment is also required, after excluding the presence of fungal and viral disease.

Posology and method of administration
