Over the years like many women have, I struggled with body image and fitting into society’s norms. During my 30s I embarked on a deep level journey into myself and the divine feminine 🌹 that is woman!

Sister, Daughter, Mother, Grandmother and Friend! We embark on many different transitions and face many challenges along the way.

The importance of self confidence and not letting these challenges hold us back is something close to my heart.
I particularly experienced these after the birth of my beautiful baby boy 👶🏽❤️🙏🏽

Qualified to degree standard in Nursing with over 10 Years experience having also spent some many years Nursing down under 🇦🇺🦘
