My skincare at 33 is very different to my skincare at 23.💅✨️
I had acne through my teens and into early adulthood, and being picked apart over my skin made me so conscious of it. I think that’s why I’m protective over it now, the same way someone who struggled with their weight might later really prioritise fitness.
I’m a qualified cosmetic formulator and makeup artist, so I don’t chase viral products or complicated routines. I stick to what actually works for me: SPF, double cleansing, tretinoin, topical copper peptides, Matrixyl and a few treatments throughout the year.

I also personally use GHK-Cu and NAD+ injectables. I know that part is controversial and I’m not telling anyone to copy me. I’m actually sceptical of the whole idea that everything needs a jab. This is simply what I’ve chosen after doing my own research.

My skin completely crashed in January, and the biggest thing I did was stop throwing products at it and let it properly heal.

Around two to three months later, I finally started noticing myself again.
At 23 I was trying to fix everything.
At 33 I’m maintaining what works.
Skincare in your 30s, cystic acne recovery, tretinoin routine, copper peptides, Matrixyl, skin barrier repair, mineral SPF, microneedling, GHK-Cu, NAD+, facial lymphatic drainage and realistic anti-ageing skincare.

A little heads up... prom season is one of the busiest times of the year for us Muas. Because it falls right in the middle of wedding season, bridal bookings and photoshoots.

For some reason, most of the schools around Essex seem to put their proms on exactly the same dates every year, which is absolute carnage for makeup artists and hair stylists 😂

If you know your date already, I'd definitely recommend getting organised sooner rather than later 🤍
