2️⃣ Catagen Phase (Transition): The hair detaches from the follicle and stops growing.

3️⃣ Telogen Phase (Resetting): Hair shreds naturally, and the follicle prepares for new growth.

💡 Why multiple sessions? Not all hair is in the anagen phase at the same time, so treatments are spaced out to catch every hair at its growth peak!
