Sometimes we create stories in our mind that are not even true....
We indirectly judge ourselves by thinking of what we think others may think of us, how crazy is that??
We should always remember that other people's opinions don't matter and are none of our business, but also remember to not project our fears onto others.
Acting like we are mind readers like we know what people are thinking of us, most are more concerned with their own life and we are not that important for everyone to stop and think about us.....
So when you're doing something that steps out of your comfort zone, do not worry about what you think others are thinking, remember why you are there.l! Remember your goal, remember to be confident and whatever you are not good at today, you improve on and be better in the future. Always think forward..

Weight resistance training has a much more important role than good aesthetics.
As we age, our muscles become weaker, after time this will affect your posture as well as making everyday movement much more difficult.
You don't need to be in the gym 3 times a week, every week to avoid this, regular resistance training (6 times over a month) will assist you in growing old, strong.
Full body training alongside a balanced diet and health supporting lifestyle, will improve your health or/and maintain your healthy lifestyle

It's one thing getting to the goal.... It's another thing to maintain it.....

A lot of us are in the pre-diabetic range (so you should move like you have diabetes type 2 in my opinion) and with a few lifestyle changes you can reverse it but this can't be just a limited time thing.
These lifestyle changes need to be your new lifestyle...
So here's a list of things I changed to reverse my pre-diabetic situation....

Aimed to get 7-8 hours of sleep regularly
Limited or cut any sugary, fried, processed foods
Cut all fizzy drinks and limited alcohol (if you drink alcohol 2-4 times a week or regularly drink frizzy drinks, my advice would be to cut it out completely)
Exercise/walk/mobility exercises daily (not necessarily all of them daily)
Eat my last meal 3-4 hours before I go to sleep.
Not eating after 8pm (would make a smoothie instead if hungry or missed my last meal)

These are some of the things that helped me reverse my condition and could help you.
Anyone looking for help or interest in working with me online or in person just send me a DM or comment on this post
