Spent the morning doing what I love most teaching the art of facial cupping in the most beautiful, calming space. There’s something so special about sharing these techniques with such lovely women, all taking time for themselves and learning how to nurture their skin naturally.

Grateful for spaces like this, slow Sundays, and meaningful connections.

It was such a joy to spend the day offering calming hand and head massages to so many incredible mums — creating little pockets of peace, relaxation, and care in the middle of a busy day ✨
