Our partner tea fields in Shizuoka have been cultivating exceptional tea for generations, combining deep-rooted tradition with remarkable care and expertise.
Behind every bowl of SAYURI matcha is a network of dedicated tea farmers, producers, and craftspeople across Japan who have spent generations refining their craft.
From carefully shading the tea plants before harvest to selecting and processing only the finest leaves, every step reflects extraordinary skill, patience, and respect for tradition. We are proud to work closely with our partner farms and producers, helping bring their craftsmanship from the fields of Japan to cafés, hotels, and homes around the world.

Hosted within the calm space of Studio Breath Omotesando, the morning brought together mindful movement and the quiet ritual of tea — creating a moment to slow down, reconnect, and begin the day with intention🌱
We are grateful to be part of this experience and to share the ritual of SAYURI with such an inspiring community. Through our Organic Matcha Latte Sticks and Vegan Matcha Chocolate, guests were invited to pause, restore, and carry ritual into everyday life 🧘♀️
