Acupressure Points are where the vital healing energy can get blocked on the Meridians, and where you can most effectively release the resulting tension, numbness, or pain. As healing energy moves through the Meridians, it governs blood circulation and harmonizes all functions of the body.
Acupressure points can be included in your facial or body massage treatments where I see appropriate.

Smoking
Sugar intake
Medication
Alcohol
Processed foods
Sleep
Stress
Pollution
UVA & UVB rays
We can control majority of these factors if we really want to. If you really want to you can motivate yourself to make some changes.
Reduce that sugar intake, protect your skin from the sun by wearing SPF, mindful breathing to help manage your stress.
All these changes can be made and you can make a much bigger difference to your skin health from just having a better balance of all these extrinsic factors before we even get into the topic of skincare products!

The reason why medical grade products pshyically change your skin is that they are backed by science and white papers they prove they do what they really say they do and they treat the dermal layer of your skin.
High street products will only ever treat the top layer (the dead skin), cosmetic prdoucts means anyone can walk into a shop and purchase what they like the look of, the smell of, what theyβve read is trending but this means they will contain less if any active ingredients at all and this will not be able to physically change your skin.
