What a connected Sunday I had with .duval.
In this world where phones start replacing everything it’s good to connect and reconnect to our HUMAN essence.

Mornings are fresh and enjoyable. Yes still in PJ.
I like to start my day with morning Adhkar, long breaths outside, warm water and apple vinegar and/or spices (ginger, turmeric, clove and cinnamon) + black seed oil (Habba sawda) 30-60 minutes before breakfast.
I would recommend not delaying it as it might cause fat storage.
