Before you book with me, it’s important to understand how my booking policy works, and why it’s this way.

I run my business with clear boundaries because your time, my time, and the quality of your service all matter.
When you book with me, a 50% deposit is required. That deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. It is linked to ONE specific appointment, at ONE specific time, and ONE specific date.

That deposit means something important:
✨ I am confirming that I am reserving my time specifically for you
✨ You are confirming that you are committed to that appointment
It really is a mutual understanding.
That deposit is paid for the time reserved, not just the treatment.

You need to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel within 24 hours, you are charged 100% of the appointment, because the time was blocked in my diary and cannot be resold.
Whether the slot is filled later or not is beside the point. You made the booking, and that time was yours.

This is a business, not a hobby. I cannot absorb the financial impact of someone else’s time mismanagement.

I also have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment can’t go ahead, and the full amount is charged.
I will never rush your service, compromise the quality, or make another client late because someone else didn’t manage their time.

You must be over 18 to book, and that means being responsible with your time.
Yes, genuine emergencies happen, common sense applies. Those are the exception, not the rule.

I’ve been seeing a lot of confusion and requests to transfer or refund deposits after missed bookings. That is not acceptable. The policy is clear before you book, booking means you agree to it.

My policies are strict because they protect my business, my energy, and my clients.
They are not personal, not negotiable, and not changing.
Respect for time goes both ways.
