How to make
For tea: 1 teabag (2.25g) per cup of hot water and steep for 5- 10 minutes to your taste and strength. Honey/sweetener can be added for sweetness, but it is best drank without. Tea bags can be used twice Suggested use

In many cacao-producing countries the cacao beans are locally used for making "cocoa tea". The cocoa balls contains cocoa powder which is naturally present in the cacao beans which means that the flavour of the final "tea" is very rich and similar to making hot chocolate using a dark chocolate bar dissolved in hot milk/water mixture.

Directions
Either grate or leave the chocolate ball to dissolve when added to a saucepan with hot water or milk. The chocolate is left to simmer along with cinnamon (leaves or sticks) then you can add sweetener and nutmeg.

Unrefined, Cold pressed virgin coconut oil is natural hair treatment for deep nourishment of hair. STIMULATES HAIR GROWTH: Coconut oil is a natural hair conditioner and promotes hair growth.
