‘Swim Sistas’ lensed by DOP Martyna Knitter martyna knitter dop and directed by Catherine Joy White Cat White for Candid Broads Productions has won Best Documentary at the BIFA and BAFTA qualifying short film festival Women X Film Festival 🍿🌸

From the opening scene, the tone is set straight away and you know to expect a calming, rejoiced, and sentimental journey. Together White and director of photography, Martyna Knitter wonderfully capture the beauty of nature. From establishing shots of the lake to close-up shots of the ferns swaying in the wind as the camera leads us onto the main subjects.
 

This week we spotlight Costume Designer and Stylist Rhona Ezuma 🖤🌸🖤RHONA EZUMA 🖤🌸🖤.
 
Rhona is an established and popular Costume Designer working across commercial and narrative projects. She frequently styles celebrities including Anthony Joshua and Laura Mvula, and is also the founder of THIIIRD magazine which amplifies underrepresented voices.
 
Rhona’s commercial work includes Dove - ‘Hot Like Us’, directed by MJ Delaney which debuted during the 2026 Grammy Awards Merman Commercials & Branded.

She regularly collaborates with many exciting & high-profile directors including MJ Delaney mjdelaney, John Ogunmuyiwa John 'Jus-dat Guy' Ogunmuyiwa, Eoin Glaister , Mélodie Roulaud Mélodie Roulaud (Mélo), Femi Ladi Femi “Ladi” Oladigbolu, and Vaughan Arnell .

Rhona often woks with stills photographers such as Emli Benedixen, Nathan Gallagher Nathan Gallagher Photography, Danny Lowe Danny Lowe , Amelia Karlsen and Silvia Draz Silvia Draz.
