I just got back from where no alcohol is served. It is such a different experience going to a festival where people are aware, awake, present, and kids can run around safely.

I’m in my 6th month of pregnancy and feeling tired but happy. So drinking has been put on the shelf for the unforeseeable. My skin feels happier, calmer and bounces back much quicker from little sleep or heat rashes, since the overall inflammatory input is much less.

And of course, I trust the Star Seed skincare range to support me through pregnancy, making me feel held, glowy and pure.

Hi, I’m Emilie and Ed and I have just finished our Medicine Festival 2026. I’ve been doing Quantum Buccal Facials in the Healing Village (8 treatments in 3 days!)

The responses have been incredibly positive responses with comments like: “wow, it has completely changed my relationship with my jaw and “I feel so different” and even “life changing” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I treated amongst others, 2 GPs with a more holistic approach to medicine, both with TMJ/grinding problems and searching for alternative treatment routes.

The heatwave was a real challenge for me at 24 weeks pregnant, with the first day being 36 degrees outside (probably more like 45 inside the tent, but guests were really sweet and flexible and we moved some things around to make it more pleasurable for everyone.

It was a wonderful experience and feeling, overcoming difficult challenges and persevering. I met such incredible people through my treatments - please stay in touch if you read this ♥️

Sarah met Emilie in Morocco, on a retreat, and turns out they were both early pregnant then.

Sarah is a coach who works with women through the seasons, where everything gets louder. Motherhood, transition, the point where the nervous system has had enough. Her whole practice is about slowing down rather than pushing harder.

So it makes even more sense that when she talks about her skin, she is not talking about a ten step routine. She is talking about wanting less, and wanting to know exactly what is in the less.

Waterless means concentrated. Concentrated means you need very little. Very little means it fits into a summer holiday with two children and a third on the way.

That is the whole argument, really.

At 24 Weeks pregnant, teaching workshops is becoming rarer, but this one I really enjoyed at .law . Have a sneak peak at what’s normally on the menu in our Make Your Own Mask Workshop. I will share some more pictures of how it went but safe to say, with a full house and loads of great discussions it was a big success 💫⭐️
