March is about growth, stepping into your power, and leaving behind anything that no longer aligns with who you’re becoming.
This is your reminder that you don’t need permission to evolve. The version of you that you’re becoming deserves space, confidence, and a chance to shine. ✨

Let this be the month you choose yourself.

When I realise I have to do treatments AND keep you lot entertained for the whole appointment 😂🔋

What NOT to do before your facial:

🚫 Don’t exfoliate or use acids/retinol
Avoid scrubs, AHAs/BHAs, retinol, or strong actives for 3–5 days before your appointment — this can over-sensitise the skin.

🚫 Don’t wear heavy makeup
Arrive with clean skin if possible — it helps us start your treatment smoothly.

🚫 Don’t wax, thread, or shave your face
This can leave the skin compromised and prone to irritation. Leave at least 48–72 hours.

🚫 Don’t pick or squeeze spots
This can spread bacteria and cause inflammation or scarring before treatment.

🚫 Don’t drink alcohol the night before
Alcohol dehydrates the skin and can increase redness and sensitivity.

🚫 Don’t have injectables too close to your facial
Avoid facials 7–14 days before or after Botox/filler (longer for advanced treatments).

Before & after a Brow Sculpt ✨
More than just a tidy-up — this treatment is all about enhancing your natural brow shape, lifting the face and creating symmetry without makeup.

✔️ Brows are cleansed & prepped
✔️ Hair is sculpted into place for a fuller, lifted look
✔️ Excess hair removed for clean definition
✔️ Finished with nourishing products for healthy brows & skin

The result? Soft, structured brows that frame the face beautifully 🤍
A little redness post-treatment is completely normal and settles quickly, leaving you with brows that speak for themselves.

Microneedling results ✨

The visible difference you’re seeing is the skin immediately post-treatment, appearing more hydrated, plump and radiant due to increased blood circulation and active stimulation within the skin.

Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-channels that encourage collagen and elastin production, helping to improve skin texture, tone and overall skin health over time.

This initial glow is just the beginning and results continue to develop in the weeks that follow as the skin naturally repairs and renews itself 🤍

Consistency is key for long-term, healthy skin.

What NOT to do before your brow appointment ⛔️✨
Save this for your next visit 👀👇🏽

• Fake tan
Fake tan can stain the skin around the brows, affecting colour uptake and leaving patchy or uneven results.

• Makeup
Makeup creates a barrier on the skin and hair, meaning tint and mapping won’t sit or process properly. Clean brows = best results.

• Retinols
Retinols thin and sensitise the skin. Using them too close to your appointment can cause irritation, redness or even skin lifting during waxing.

• Tweezing / Plucking
This removes hair we need to shape and map your brows correctly. Trust the process — I’ll do the tidy up ✨

• Caffeine
Caffeine can make the skin more sensitive and increase redness, plus it can make waxing feel more uncomfortable.

• Oily moisturisers
Oils prevent tint from gripping to the hair and skin, meaning results won’t last as long.

✨ Following these steps helps me give you cleaner shapes, longer-lasting results and flawless brows every time ✨
