This orange essential oil room spray is the perfect way to instantly refresh your space and bring a little sunshine indoors.
You’ll need:
👉 Glass spray bottle
👉 Distilled water
👉 Witch hazel
👉 Lemon Essential Oil
How to make it:
1. Fill a glass spray bottle about ¾ full of distilled water.
2. Top up the rest with witch hazel.
3. Add 20-40 drops each of Nikura’s Lemon Essential Oil.
Give the bottle a good shake before each use to help blend the ingredients and release its fresh, citrus aroma.

This month we’re celebrating Kirsty from Modern Aromatherapy Candles, an aromatherapy brand inspired by her journey into motherhood 💜
Kirsty discovered essential oils during her first pregnancy, using scent to create moments of calm and relaxation. After her daughter was born, she began creating her own aromatherapy candles for other mums, eventually training as an aromatherapist and launching Take Five Aromatherapy in 2020.
Nikura essential oils are now part of many of her calming blends, with French Lavender being a particular favourite, alongside our Root, Heart and Sacral Chakra blends.
Her advice for anyone starting out?
“Have lots of fun testing to see what works… then keep perfecting that product until it’s something you would love to use in your own home.”
