We asked Stella US clinical director Dr. Jaye Noel and Dr. Tali Ball from Sleepio to break it down. The science is clear: sleep is a natural process, and the more you force it, the more it resists.

What actually helps is consistency.

A regular sleep and wake time, consistent meals, exercise, and yes, morning sunlight, all strengthen your circadian rhythm so that sleep can unfold on its own. As Dr. Ball puts it, irregularity is like giving yourself jet lag every single week.

Pain “down there” during menopause is real, common, and treatable.
