На Львівщині суд назвав вручення повістки жителю області незаконним і зобов'язав виплатити йому з держбюджету 20 тис. грн компенсації. Окрім того, він спромігся довести, що через дії правоохоронців у нього погіршився стан здоров’я.

Про це йдеться в рішенні Городоцького районного суду, пише Zaxid.net.
