The winter arc is here. Some rules to completely transform you. I’m on the journey too so follow along!
1) Train at least 5 X a week. If you miss one session, fine. You can’t miss twice.
2) Remove anything that distracts you from your goals. Non negotiable.
3) Your skin is your largest organ and the winter can cause havoc OR give you a chance to completely change it for the better. You still need SPF in winter (UV rays are still here) and this alone will improve it massively if you use it everyday.
4) Reflect and journal about your day. Practice gratitude and you will feel more content with your life. Stop comparing.
5) Once your sleep wake cycle (circadian rhythm) is optimised other bodily processes will also be supported such as digestion, hormone production and healing. Everything works like clockwork.
6) Improve your diet to support the increased training. Yes protein has to be a focus but don’t neglect carbs. They are your primary source of fuel and will ensure you can have intense sessions and push yourself every session.
