Funny how your body can’t tolerate what it used to.

I was very good. Ate my sandwiches, only one scone, and only half of the chocolate mousse. So I had treats but still stayed within sensible limits. Don’t deprive, life is for living - but make good choices.
Today I hit my first stone lost! 💪🏼
What does that look like? 👀
1” off my thighs & 2” off my waist.
