The latest skincare trend? Using a toothbrush on your face… 😳

Just because it’s viral doesn’t mean it’s good for your skin.

Before you try the next viral hack, ask yourself: is it backed by science… or just getting views? 👀

When I assess a face, my aim is to identify subtle changes that may be influenced by genetics or the natural ageing process. My approach is to address these changes gradually, using a structured treatment plan that achieves natural-looking results over time.

With Katie, I noticed the early signs of temple volume loss, which can contribute to a slightly heavier appearance of the brow. My treatment plan would be to address this with anti-wrinkle injections, Sculptra, and carefully placed dermal filler in the temple area to restore support.

I also identified volume loss in the chin, which is a common feature of facial ageing. This can be improved with strategically placed dermal filler to restore balance and structure.

Finally, it’s important not to overlook skin quality. Treatments such as Sculptra, Restylane Skinboosters, Profhilo, and polynucleotides can all be tailored over time to improve skin health and work alongside injectable treatments, creating natural, long-lasting, and synergistic results.

Ranking skincare steps from A–D tier 👀

Not every step in your routine deserves equal hype.

Some are non-negotiables for healthy skin.
Others are nice extras.
And a few are probably taking up space (and money) without doing much.

Agree or disagree with my rankings? 👇

The skincare products you think are working… but might be doing absolutely nothing 👀

Just because a product feels expensive, tingles, or makes your skin look good for 10 minutes doesn’t mean it’s delivering long-term results.

Some products are great at creating the illusion of better skin, while doing very little to address the actual problem.

The question isn’t: “Do I like this product?”

It’s: “Is it actually changing my skin?” 👀

A lot of people focus on treating the pigmentation itself

But they ignore what’s causing it to keep coming back

Sun exposure, heat, hormones, inflammation, and inconsistent SPF
can all make pigmentation much harder to manage

Which is why fading it is only half the battle

The real goal is stopping the triggers too 👀

Hair growth takes longer than most people expect 👀

Whether you’re using minoxidil, treating hair loss, or trying to regrow thinning hair, consistency is often the most important part of the process.

Hair grows in cycles, which means results can take months, not weeks. Many people stop too early and never give the treatment enough time to work.

Patience, consistency, and realistic expectations are key when it comes to healthier, thicker looking hair.

Why did your skin suddenly change overnight? 👀

The truth is… it probably didn’t.

Breakouts, irritation, dullness, and dryness are often the result of what was happening days or even weeks before you noticed it.

Stress, hormones, lack of sleep, weather changes, and even new skincare can all show up later on your skin.

Your skin isn’t random. It’s giving you clues 🚨

Retinol: YES or NO? 👀

One of the best ingredients for acne, pigmentation, and ageing… when it’s used properly.

Most people either use too much, start too strong, or quit during the irritation phase.
Retinol isn’t about fast results, it’s about consistency.

Used correctly = smoother, clearer, healthier-looking skin ✨

If I wanted clearer skin in 30 days, this is what I’d focus on ✨

Clear skin usually comes from doing the basics well — consistently 👀
