Success looks a little different these days. 🤍

Five years ago, when I opened my first brow studio, I only really had myself and my business to think about. I could work late, change plans, spend an entire day getting something finished… and nobody needed me anywhere else.

This time around, starting again has felt very different.

I’m building a new studio while raising two little humans, adjusting to school and nursery, running a business, trying to stay on top of life and somehow finding a little bit of time for myself in between.

Things that I thought would take a day have taken weeks…My to-do list is permanently unfinished. Some days I feel incredibly productive and others I wonder what I actually managed to get done. 😂

And I think I’m learning that success doesn’t always feel like success while you’re in the middle of building it.

Sometimes it looks like unfinished rooms, late nights, school runs, changed plans and doing what you can with the time you have.

So maybe this season isn’t about doing everything perfectly or as quickly as I used to and as a good Capricorn I had to learn that lesson the hard way.

Maybe all this it’s just about building something that actually fits the life I have now. 🤍
