For this weeks with Oz on Thursday 25th of March at 8pm on IG live we will be joined with the lovely H**e from 💖
H**e is a yoga teacher, nutritionist (ANutr) and trainee counsellor and we can’t wait for you to meet her!
‘I started teaching yoga back in 2018 after completing my training in India. Before this, I’d been practicing for years alongside my mum and came to my own practice when I started uni in London to help me manage stress and anxiety. I found the scene a little overwhelming, never really feeling like I fit into the space - I wasn’t wearing the right clothes, wasn’t flexible enough and my body didn’t fit in the way it was supposed to.
Alongside teaching, I work as a Nutritionist, working with individuals 1-1 to support body image concerns, emotional eating and explore relationships to food. In a way that draws heavily on nutritional science, compassion and empathy.
These early experiences of yoga, as well as my work as a Nutritionist has heavily influenced, inspired and motivated my teaching. I teach to culture a feeling of inclusion and accessibility, hold space and develop understanding to support all students.’
H**e will be leading a simple and restful yoga Nidra practice where we can hold space and explore what it means to rest. (Thanks H**e!)
You’ll need a comfortable place to rest in, pillows, cushions, blankets and anything that can help your space feel more comfortable.

On this weeks we have my amazing coach Antonia from joining us!
I have been working with her for a couple of weeks now and I can’t tell you how impactful the work has been, she is extraordinary! Come see for yourself! Join us on our Instagram live at 8pm on Thursday the 18th of March.
Antonia Smith, Founder and Coach of and Consulting.
“I work with entrepreneurs and small business owners using coaching strategies to enable them to break free of the moulds that bind them and go on to achieve a BOLDER vision of their businesses and dreams!
Our work together includes looking at overall strategy, vision and alignment of core values.
Having operated at Leadership and Board level for many years as a Finance Director and strategic advisor, I am able to use a unique blend of coaching and consulting with business owners to empower them to take action but also to help the consider all the options they have available.”
For our session this week you will need a pen and some paper
My clients successes are the reason I do this and this is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my business!”
For this weeks session of our topic is: Modern life can be such a JUGGLE!
We can often feel like we have too much to handle and struggle to find the right balance to suit our needs and wellbeing.
Using a coaching tool, lets explore what’s happening in your life and draw out the areas that could do with some focus and attention.
We can then identify some action points you can start taking right away to bring back the balance and regain the control you want in your life.
Materials: Some blank paper and some different coloured pens. Warm cuppa and comfy clothes optional!
