Official Clarification – Eco Global Universe

In light of recent happenings, I am issuing this statement to clarify the factual and legal position regarding the brand “Eco Global Universe.”

Eco Global Universe is a brand I have been directly involved with since its UK 2023 edition. It has been publicly presented through organised events, documented productions, and published media, all of which establish a clear timeline of prior use and development.

It is important to clarify that trademark rights are legal intellectual property rights governed by jurisdiction-specific registration systems and/or established prior commercial use. They are not determined by timing of later applications, public statements of ownership, or informal claims.

I am the registered owner of the “Eco Global Universe” trademark in the United Kingdom under the UK Intellectual Property Office. This registration confirms my legal rights within the UK in relation to the use of this mark in the relevant classes of goods and services.

Where conflicting registrations or interpretations exist in other jurisdictions, such matters are subject to formal intellectual property procedures, including opposition and invalidation processes before the relevant authorities.

I am currently reviewing and will take all appropriate legal steps to protect my prior rights, my registered trademark, and the integrity of the Eco Global Universe brand.
