• How a vasectomy is performed
• Whether vasectomy affects testosterone, er****ons, or**sm or ej*******on
• What to expect during recovery
• Possible complications and chronic testicular pain
• Why you are NOT sterile immediately after vasectomy
• Why contraception must continue after surgery
• When to have a post-vasectomy semen analysis
• What happens if s***m are still detected
• The risk of early failure and late recanalisation

One of the most important points is that vasectomy does not produce immediate sterility. Residual s***m must first be cleared, and a post-vasectomy semen analysis is required before alternative contraception can safely be stopped.
