Lucy was due in for a Volume infill and after a consultation we decided to remove her lashes and try a lash lift + tint, we also added a bit of colour to her brows for a natural enhancement. I’m obsessed with the results 💫

Allow me to reintroduce myself,

I’m Mais 🤎 I’ve been in the lash & brow industry for nearly 8 years. I started this business when I was 14! And I still have so many clients now that have been coming to me since the beginning, the days of walking through my mum and dads garden into the old OG lash room (if you know, you know)

Last year I closed my lash business and just did a handful of clients, I had to narrow a booking system with about 400 clients (of course not all came to me/were regulars) down to 20 ish clients!! 🙈 I needed some time to navigate life and what I wanted to do especially after years of working 9am-9pm every day Monday - Friday no break and not forgetting the crazy out of hours I used to work, clients that have been here till 1am will understand lol, I felt like my brain was fried!!

But 2025 I am back, I have decided to open my books up to new clients. I have already gained so many new clients this year and I can’t wait to meet many more and maybe some old familiar faces 🤎

I have a strict work hours now with breaks etc, I’ve narrowed my product choices down to (personally I think) some of the best on the market, I now offer lash lift and my lash space is having a glow up!

2024 chapter one, The Lash Barn

Formerly The Lash Formula, This might come as a surprise to some of you. But some of you will know since having my last business name unfairly taken away from me. I’ve never been in love with my current business name (the lash formula) in fact I never even trademarked it! In an ideal world this is not something that I want to be doing, however, with having to find a decent name for my brand at the time, I always knew deep down it wouldn’t stay forever. I’ve been thinking about what my dream branding would be for months and I have finally decided!! Since I have some time off over Christmas and we are going into the New Year, I thought this would be the perfect time to transition over to my new branding as this is going to take some time as my business is on so many platforms, emails, booking system, social media etc. Keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks, as I will slowly be transitioning over to ‘The Lash Barn’ I wanted to share the name so that clients could get used to it before a dramatic change!
