So yesterday, I ended four weeks of a full liquid diet. And, I started back at the gym.
Today, I started solid meals again.
This evenings meal:
Salad and mackerel.
Salad (lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, cucumber, avocado, spring onion, and pecan nuts).
Salad dressing (blended cashew nuts, almond milk, a tip of cider vinegar, tip of olive oil, nutritional yeast, a pinch of salt, and pepper).
I am making sure that 1/2 meals a day are either a salad or full liquid.

Day 22
Still on my liquid diet.
One more week to go before I reintroduce a regular solid meal.
I have made all types of vegetable soup. Yesterday, I decided to make a fish soup made with haddock and casserole vegetables. As usual, it tasted lovely.
I have now come to the conclusion that I prefer smoothies to juicing, so has from next week sunday, I will replace the juices with a solid meal.
This time round has been harder; at times, I have been tempted but still stuck it out.
At the end of the four weeks, I will see how much weight I have lost.
Plus, I need to get back in the gym.

Day 8
Start of a new week
Prepped for a couple of days.
Juices, soups, and smoothies.
About to have a smoothie made of yellow melon, banana, frozen berries, avocado, chia seed, and a hint of mint.

Day 7
It has been a long week, but this time round, I am being kinder to myself. Having a variety of liquids.
Juicing, smoothies, cranberry juice, coconut water, stilled and sparkling water. A few days ago, I started to make soups for my evening meal.
Vegetables soup, and today, I made Creamy tomato soup (everything plant based)[Always adding my seamoss].
My daughter added more cream and salt to hers.
Today, I went to Boots to use the BMI machine. Unfortunately, it wasn't working. I think I will have to invest in some scales.

Day 3
Try this one:
Heat the milk and add spices.
Home-made nut milk, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg. (Strain and enjoy!)
It tastes really nice.

Prepping for tomorrow.
Orange, apple,carrot, ginger juiced, and refrigerated.
Cooling the broth before putting it in the fridge.

Day 1
About to start work.
Starting the day with a coffee, then leaving my smoothie for a little while so it is not too cold. I prefer it room temperature.
(Oats milk, sea moss, flaxseed, avocado, banana, and frozen strawberries).
I'm going back to where I first started this weight loss journey.

After slipping back last year and having covid at the beginning of the year, I needed to get back in the gym. My lungs took a battering from Covid so I had to ease in today but the workout was good.
Got to get back into my weekly routine and combat asthma once again.
Going back to my juices/ liquids.

About to go into "do not disturb mode"
Relaxing in the bath, sipping my smoothie and watching a video.

(Almond milk, strawberries, banana, avocado and spirulina).
