It was with a heavy heart that earlier in the year I had to make the tough decision to introduce a cancellation fee here at B for Beauty. With summer being a prime time for pampering and pre-holiday treatments, the slots available to book are at a premium. Unfortunately, I have to reiterate the cancellation policy once again, as slots and subsequent time is blocked out for each treatment and booking, with the time allocated for each individual treatment request calculated. There have sadly been several occasions this summer where, upon arrival, some treatments requested and booked at the time were then no longer required. As a result, the time no longer needed to carry out all the treatments originally requested could have been given to someone else and availability that I previously didn’t have, and in cases had to turn someone away, could have been utilised. Therefore, the cancellation policy, in such events, will need to be enforced. Again, it is with sadness that I have to do implement this, but I hope all of my lovely ladies will understand.
