REIKA Diaries: This week…

I’m going to be pausing REIKA for 2 months.

I’ll be closing the website on Monday 26th January and reopening in April 2026.

If you’d like to place an order, please do so before

I’ll be away spending some time in India (which I’m very excited about) and I want to take an intentional break from the business and be completely present in the experience.

I’ve never taken this much time off before and the thought of not operating the business for that long makes me nervous, but I know that if I keep working while I’m away, I won’t really be there.

I actually think it’s a healthy break to take as it supports in practising a bit of detachment, so it’s a good challenge for me! You also never really know what can come from creating that kind of space, maybe new perspectives or creativity, maybe not, but I’m open to seeing what the experience brings.

Thank you for always supporting REIKA! I’ll still be on Instagram in January but will be offline from February until April.

REIKA Diaries: What the first full week of January looked like…

Not going to lie, getting back into a working routine after Christmas has felt hard. I fully believe in taking things slow, easing back in gently, honouring my energy and taking aligned action, but there’s quite a lot of operational bits to get through this month so I had to show up and get started 🫠 and…I do feel better for starting even if it’s just small things!

We’ve loved seeing so many of you take a moment for yourself this year! Massaging your scalp, applying your oil, caring for your hair with intention. These small acts are powerful, because they are about more than just hair, they’re about trusting yourself, showing up for your body, and celebrating the woman you are! Supporting you to do this brings us so much joy ❤️

As we move into 2026, our wish for you is simple: more moments that feel good, more rituals that bring you back to yourself, and more trust in your own journey. At REIKA we truly believe that when you care for yourself from a place of love and alignment, everything else starts to fall into place.
