When youโre packed into a busy bus or tube, surrounded by stressed, rushed people, you absorb that energy without even realising it. On my bike, the fresh air and open road wash all of that away completely And that matters โ because when I work with my hands and touch my clients, I want to bring only calm, focused, positive energy into that session.
For the past four years, Iโve been working with one of the most established corporate companiesโnot only in London, but internationally.
