Changes to Our Loyalty Program

We hope this message finds you well and thank you for being a valued customer at Porters Barbers Dulwich Village.

We are writing to inform you of an important change to our loyalty program. Unfortunately, the third-party company that provides and manages our loyalty program has gone into administration. As a result, we will no longer be able to continue offering this service.

We understand that many of you have enjoyed being part of the program, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have accumulated loyalty points, they will remain valid and can be redeemed until Friday 29th November 2024 after which the program will officially close.

We want to assure you that this change does not reflect on our commitment to delivering exceptional service. In fact, we are actively exploring new ways to offer rewards and value to our loyal customers and will keep you updated as we move forward with new ideas.

AN UPDATE FROM DULWICH VILLAGE
We’ve listened to your feedback and have made changes to simplify bookings at Dulwich Village.

When booking online you will now be required to enter your credit or debit card details. No charges will be taken at the time of booking.
If your plans change and you need to cancel or amend your booking, we ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours prior notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows on the day will incur an automatic 50% cancellation fee.

Did you know, in addition to our core barbering services we now also offer a range of other treatments including facials, manicures, eyebrow threading and ear and nose waxing.
