At Facemuse, you are our priority. No cancellations or changes allowed within 7 days of the appointment. A new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
We holistically combine Semi-Permanent Makeup, Laser, Skincare & Injectable treatments so you can leave your insecurities at the clinic door and feel fresh-faced, confident and the best version of you. Deposits are taken from each client and are non-transferable and non-refundable. To re-schedule your appointment you must provide a minimum of 7 days notice in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your deposit being lost. A cancellation fee of £50 is applicable in the event that your 4-8 week top-up appointment is cancelled without adhering to the 7 day notice policy. The cancellation fee is required to be paid in order to make any future bookings. If you are a 'no show' or forget about your appointment you will automatically lose your deposit. Please be advised that an assessment will be undertaken at your appointment in advance of your selected treatment proceeding to determine suitability. It is accepted that it is down to the discretion of the practitioner as to the suitability of the chosen technique and it is acknowledged that this may change from my original booking. Facelab™
