Rupesh only started running in 2019. He ran his first marathon in November 2019 in New York. Each of the past three years Rupesh has accomplished a major endurance event to raise money for different charities.

Palmar-plantar hyperhidrosis is an excessive sweating of the palms of the hands and of the feet which is carried out by Rupesh at his Harley Street Clinic in London.

Hands sweating is often noticed by the child at the age of 5 when learning to write. The hand and the fingers are damp or wet, making difficult to grip the pen and leaving wet marks on the paper.
