Uju Eze is the Founder of Move With Eze and a passionate advocate for holistic wellbeing, helping women better understand the powerful connection between the mind, body and nervous system.
With a focus on somatic wellbeing, nervous system regulation and sustainable self-care, Uju empowers women with practical knowledge and everyday tools to support a healthier, more balanced life. Her approach encourages women to become more aware of how stress, emotions and lifestyle can influence their overall wellbeing.
At Worthy Women's Weekend, Uju will lead one of our Health Pathways, sharing valuable insights into body awareness, nervous system health and the importance of creating space to reconnect with yourself.
Her session is designed to leave you feeling informed, empowered and inspired to make small, meaningful changes that support your wellbeing long after the weekend ends.
