I am a passionate and dedicated massage therapist with over 14 years of experience in helping clients achieve optimal wellness. Since 2010, I have been committed to providing personalized treatments, tailoring each session to suit the unique needs of my clients.
With four years of osteopathy studies, I have gained a deeper understanding of the body’s mechanics, which allows me to apply a holistic approach to my practice. My focus is on general wellness, using techniques like Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and detox massage to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Beyond my work, I am an active person who loves sports, animals, and family life. I believe that movement, balance, and self-care are key to overall well-being, and I bring that philosophy into every treatment I provide.
