For those who know me, know that I absolutely love learning! I always have either a new course or a refresher booked in, as growth never stops.
This time I’ve completed the Masterclass in Pregnancy Lymphatic Drainage. Even though it’s not a brand new treatment to what I already offer, I truly believe it’s so important to continually update and refresh our knowledge.
Having years of experience is one thing, but having knowledge that is regularly updated is another ✨ Staying educated means I can continue to provide the safest, most effective treatments for my clients, especially during such a special time as pregnancy.
Forever investing in learning, for you 🫶🏻

✨ BIG BUSINESS UPDATE COMING THIS APRIL ✨
First things first, a huuuuge shoutout to my amazing clients who already know what’s coming. You know who you are 🤍
Not a single discouraging message. Only love, encouragement, and support. And honestly… during times of change (which are so nerve racking as a business owner), that reassurance meant everything to me. I’m beyond grateful 🥹
For those of you who aren’t my clients and didn’t receive a message from me yet, I wanted to share the changes I’ll be making.
From April 2026, I’m making a small but meaningful change to how my treatments are priced. Rather than being led by treatment names or price brackets, sessions will be based purely on time. This means your appointment can be completely tailored to what your body needs on the day, no compromises, no awkward cost calculations, no limitations.
Some prices will increase, some will stay the same, and some will actually reduce, but the biggest change is flexibility ✨
The change in hours hasn’t been an easy decision at all. Growing a business comes with sacrifices, but it’s also so important to know when to say stop. I have to remind myself that I am, first and foremost, a mum 🤍 and that balance matters.
That said, evening and weekend appointments will still be available, just with very limited availability and additional charges in place.
👉 Swipe right for new prices & updated opening hours
Thank you for being here. Always. ✨

Best time to do Gua Sha for puffiness? MORNING. ✨
If your goal is to reduce puffiness, water retention, and under eye bags morning Gua Sha is the way to go! Here’s why 👇
As we all know Gua Sha stimulates lymphatic flow. When you use Gua Sha, you’re helping move lymph fluid that can build up in the face overnight, especially around the eyes and jaw. This is what creates that swollen, puffy look.
🌙 What happens at night?
When we go to sleep, we usually lie on one side or compress parts of the face and neck. That compression can slow lymphatic flow, allowing fluid to collect again.
So if you Gua Sha at night specifically for depuffing, that fluid can easily re accumulate while you sleep, sometimes leading to excessive or uneven puffiness in the morning.
🌞 Morning Gua Sha = visible results
By doing it in the morning, you:
• Drain built up fluid
• Reduce under eye bags
• Smooth facial swelling
• Start the day looking fresher and more balanced
HolisticSkincare FaceMassage
This could RUIN your plans if you book lymphatic drainage right before holidays or a big event if…
…you’ve never had it done before, it’s been a long time since your last session or you haven’t been looking after your body well.
Here’s something not many people talk about!
Lymphatic drainage massage can come with temporary side effects, and they’re very individual, meaning they can’t be predicted.
Some people may experience:
• fatigue or low energy (your body is shifting fluids and detox byproducts)
• headaches
• flu like symptoms
• temporary swelling changes (can increase briefly before improving)
• increased urination
• feeling “off” for a day or two
This usually happens when:
• it’s your first ever session
• you haven’t had lymphatic work done in a long time
• your lymphatic system has been overloaded or neglected
When we suddenly start moving stagnant lymph, the body has to work harder to process it and that’s not always how you want to feel right before an event or a holiday ✨
What I recommend instead:
Book a couple of sessions close together beforehand. This helps us move lymph stagnation gradually, support your body properly, and make sure that by the time your next treatment is close to your event or trip, your system isn’t needing to work so hard.
Lymphatic drainage is amazing, but timing matters 🤍 Your body always responds in its own way.
Save this for later & feel free to message me if you’re unsure when to book 💬

Back story: 2024 broke me, and I promised myself that in 2025 I would jump deep. Embrace the discomfort and step outside my comfort zone. Be scared, but do it anyway. As someone who suffers with severe anxiety, it was a lot. But I did it, and it led me to the place where I am now, and I am so grateful.
If someone last year told me I would be working for myself and have a fully booked month from day one, I would have laughed. That I would go on my first proper holiday in 5 years, where I don’t have to work, I wouldn’t really believe it.
It didn’t come to me for free. I worked a full time job in a salon, then did mobile treatments, full time social media on the side, plus being a parent. I invested every single penny I earned and more into myself. Sleep was non existent. I had acne flare ups, gained weight, as I was living on pastries in between clients and dinners at 11pm when I got home. Not something I recommend, and I wish I had organised myself better. But it sounds easier now when time has passed and I know the impact it had on me. As everything happened for a reason, that meant something too…
Just two months in, my body gave up on me, and it made me realise cery quickly that if I want to make this my job long term, I need to set boundaries, organise myself, and learn how to say no.
So here I am, beyond grateful for trusting myself in 2025, for my friends and family who supported me (especially my mum, who dropped everything back home and flew here to look after our daughter while we work), and for every single one of you who has booked an appointment, recommended me, commented, shared and engaged.
2026, let’s go! 🚀

Grateful Beyond Words… So Here’s a Gift! ✨
As someone who has just started their own business after being in the industry for over 11 years… I’ve realised that offering Black Friday discounts simply wouldn’t feel fair to the clients who book regularly or well in advance and always support me at full price.
My first month solo has honestly been the greatest month and it completely took me by surprise. I ended up scrapping all my planned content days because I was fully booked with clients (which I’m so incredibly grateful for 🥹).
So instead of discounts, I still wanted to give something back as a huge thank you for being so supportive.
So I’ve decided to run a GIVEAWAY!
🎁 1st Winner: A FREE 60-minute treatment of your choice at one of my locations
🎁 2nd Winner: A Decaar Oxy Set (worth £95, posted to you so anyone in the UK can enter!)
As I learn to organise my schedule better, I’m hoping to bring you much more regular content too 🤍

Also want to say a huge thank you to my amazing team who has been by my side all these years. Thank you for keeping up with me, for listening to endless hours of massage music most of the day, every day, and for keeping noise to a minimum. Thank you for taking over all the treatments I didn’t want to do and for being there whenever I needed a vent, a hug, or a shoulder to cry on. Thank you for helping me when I was running late, for teaching me, and for being such a wonderful support. Thank you for increasing my spice tolerance and introducing me to the joys of pani puri and Dishoom 😆 — I couldn’t have done any of this without you.
I’m so excited to see what’s ahead. Here’s to leaps, growth, and surprises, who’s ready to join me on this journey? Also, curious… what would you take a leap for if fear wasn’t holding you back?

💊 Massage & Antibiotics: is it safe?
The other day, I had a chat with a client after I had to turn away my previous appointment because she was on antibiotics. Interestingly, both of them didn’t know that massage isn’t always recommended while taking them and it made me realise this might be new information for others too. So, here we are!
👉🏻 If you’re on antibiotics because of a systemic infection (like flu, pneumonia, tonsillitis, or anything that affects your whole body), I don’t recommend having a massage. Your immune system is already working hard to fight the infection, and massage could overstimulate circulation and lymph flow, which can potentially help spread bacteria or toxins more quickly.
👉🏻 If the antibiotics are for something more localised (like minor skin issue), a massage may be okay, but I would always have a consultation with you first or in some cases, ask for doctors opinion.
So while massages are amazing for recovery and wellbeing- timing matters. Sometimes the kindest thing you can do for your body is give it space to heal first. Did you know about this? Let me know in the comments 🫶🏻⬇️

✨11 years in the industry = a LOT of stories… and some truly unhinged moments 😂
I saw this trend somewhere, and thought it would be the perfect excuse to share a few of my funniest/most chaotic salon stories. From mix ups and language slip ups to clients accidentally (and sometimes purposely) giving me mini heart attacks, I’ve seen it all!
Which one’s your favourite? 👇

Massages can feel like pure magic while you’re on the table, but their benefits can last so much longer when the right aftercare is provided.
One of the most powerful (yet simple) steps is putting attention to what you drink right after your session. 💧 Hydration supports your lymphatic system, helps your body flush out waste, and keeps that post massage glow going.
And if you want to do a bit extra post massage (because why not?), here are a few additional drinks:
🌙 Sleep Tonic by – includes valerian and California poppy, traditionally used to support deep relaxation.
🌼 Digest & Debloat by – literally the perfect bitter for after massage (and not only!) if your main concern is poor digestion or bloating.
💜 Supersnooze – I have it with a cup of warm water and it tastes (and smells) absolutely divine! Packed with magnesium, ashwagandha, lavender, chamomile, and more… dreamy!
✨ – what a cool name, right?! 😉 This new launch gives me a second reason to book a trip to the US ASAP (First one being .mill , always!). It’s a hydration super cube with electrolytes, potassium, magnesium, and prebiotic fiber, a total powerhouse to support your body post massage.
🌿 And of course… my absolutely favourite teas are from !
👉🏻 Important note: Everyone’s body is unique. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or on medication, always check with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your routine, even with something as simple as herbal tea or coconut water.
✨ Support your body’s reset. Hydrate wisely, and let the magic of your massage last. ✨
