Hello to all our dear clients
Hope everyone is well and that everyone is safe!! We’ve been working hard to get our salon ready for when we reopen! Everything is now ready to go, as soon as the lockdown is lifted!! We want to make sure that the salon is safe and still relaxing atmosphere as possible!
To make sure we’re doing everything possible to reduce the risk of infection for our clients and colleagues, we’ll be introducing new social distancing measures in our salon when we reopen.
* To help limit the number of people in-salon, we will only do appointment!
* Only 1 pedicure clients can book in at 1 time as we have to keep a distance apart!
* Maximum of 3 manicure clients can book in at 1 time as we have to keep a distance apart!
* So the most clients that we will take on at 1time or booking will be maximum of 6! (no seating next to each other even family member)
* Where necessary, we’ll limit the flow of people coming into our salon, so we might ask you to wait outside till your appointment or our work station is ready!
* Hand sanitisers are being placed for customers and colleagues to use.
* We will ask you to wash your hands before we start our treatment.
* We will disinfect our work station/ pedicure chair, colour charts and client chair after every appointment!
* We will also disinfect the whole salon every 3hours! During this time their will be no appointment ( it will take approximately 15 minutes for us to spray/disinfect the salon)
* Please try to come to your appointment on your own to help reduce the number of people in salon! We understand that this is not always possible, so if you need to bring children with you, you will need to tell us at the time of booking as we can only allow 1 person in our waiting area at 1 time!
* We understand that you might want to book in with a friend or family member, just to let you know that you will not be allowed to seat next to each other and you will have to follow our guidelines. And please be kind to our colleagues, as they’re working hard to serve you; we’re all in this together.
* We will not be installing protective screens, we don’t want to feel like prisoners 🤣🤣🤣.
But with this action plan we can assure that we will all be safe, and you will still feel pampered in a safe and relaxing atmosphere! Looking forward to see everyone soon 😘😘😘
