From a young age I looked for a connection between age, health and beauty. My personal goals and achievements came from my own experience.

The effect of ageing on beauty still is not completely resolved. After two pregnancies I didn’t look good and therefore, didn’t feel great. Throughout this time I realised that I was getting bigger, unhealthier and making myself unhappy.
