Recovery isn’t only physical - it’s also about rebuilding confidence, trust and resilience.

You may have reached a point where the pain has settled, scans look good. You may have been discharged and given a clean bill of health. But still, you feel hesitant about going back to doing sport, or doing certain movements. You find yourself second-guessing your body and wondering whether you can fully move how you used to.

Physiotherapy can help bridge that gap. Through graded movement, strength work and expert guidance, we will help you reconnect with your body, understand its capabilities, so you can return to the activities you enjoy with greater confidence.

Led by professional dancer and movement specialist Hannah Scholten, the class combines energy, expertise and thoughtful coaching to help you discover what your body is capable of.

Expect to leave feeling stronger, more capable, and ready for whatever life throws at you.

A good level of fitness is recommended.
