A little update on my city life… 🏙️🤍

I’d hoped by now I’d be posting from a new home, unpacking boxes and settling into this next chapter. But life clearly had other plans.

I’m still in temporary accommodation, still searching, and if I’m honest, it’s been a much harder journey than I expected. Living with so much change and uncertainty has definitely tested me at times.

But I’m also learning a lot about myself in the process. Learning to adapt, to be patient, to sit with the unknown and, most importantly, not to rush into something just because I want everything to feel settled again.

The single girl city chapter continues… just without a permanent address for a little while longer 😂

And amongst all the uncertainty, there are some constants — I still have my work, my skincare, my routines and the things that make me feel like me. Turns out you can live out of a suitcase obvious with a few online shopping purchases 😉 and still have a very committed skincare routine 😂🧴

Trusting that the right home will come along when it’s meant to. Until then, I’m finding my feet, embracing the change and reminding myself that not every new beginning looks the way you imagined it would. 🤍

Currently living in temporary accommodation while I search for somewhere to call home. It’s taught me one thing already: don’t rush the process. The right place is worth waiting for.

So for now, I’m embracing my single girl era, making the most of it, and trusting it’ll all work out. 🤍

Thank you for the memories! It may not have been what I thought it would be but I have felt safe and it’s giving me time to figure out who I am and what I want!
Tomorrow, I start to plan my next adventure, time to be back in the city 🫶🏽
