☀️ Mineral vs “chemical” SPF — let’s clear this one up. ☀️

There’s so much misinformation around sunscreen, especially the idea that mineral SPF is automatically “safer” or better than chemical SPF.

The truth? Mineral and organic (“chemical”) UV filters are both scientifically assessed and can provide effective UV protection. The difference is in the type of UV filters used — not a simple “safe vs unsafe” scale.

✨ Mineral-only may suit some sensitive or reactive skin types.
✨ Others may prefer organic or hybrid formulas for their texture, finish or ease of application.
✨ What matters most? The SPF you’ll actually wear consistently.

Because the best sunscreen isn’t the one sitting untouched in your bathroom cabinet… 😂

It’s the one you’ll apply generously, every day, and reapply when needed.

💥“How many laser treatments will I need?” 🤔

Honestly… I wish I could give you a magic number! 😂

But the truth is, everyone’s laser journey is different. Your hair, skin, hormones, treatment area and how your body responds will all play a part.

And this is exactly why I don’t offer 6, 8 or 10-session laser packages.

I know it sounds great when someone tells you
“you’ll need 8 sessions” and gives you a package price… but what happens if you only need 5? 🤷🏽‍♀️

I don’t want you sitting there thinking, “Well, I’ve paid for it, so I might as well finish the package.” 😂

Because if there’s no hair left, what exactly am I supposed to be lasering?! 😂😂

I’m not a bank, and I don’t want you paying for treatments you simply don’t need!

My single laser sessions are already discounted, so you can simply book as you go and we can assess your progress along the way.

And yes, I do offer combo packages where they genuinely make sense — but I’m not going to bundle treatments together just for the sake of it.

Your treatment plan should be based on YOUR hair and YOUR results, not on how many sessions you’ve paid for.

Some people will need more, some less — and that’s completely normal. 🤍

No pressure. No unnecessary sessions. Just honest advice and treatments tailored to you.

Because at Chansthetic, I’d much rather tell you “you don’t need another session” than keep taking your money just because you’ve got sessions left on a package. 🫶🏽
