ISANO is committed to the health and safety of all our member clients, and with that as our utmost priority, we’re bringing the power of meditation to you with a 3-day online workshop. Reconnect with your inner self, guided by the talented life coach and psychotherapist Yogesh Mewani, through yoga, both solo and group activities. The 3 sessions will allow yourself to connect with mother earth and move past emotional and spiritual blockages.

Each session is individually created for your spiritual benefit, and includes yoga, guided meditation, and pranayama flow.
