Great weekend for Team AFS naturals at the Physical Culture Association Natural’s 5 (one of the biggest ever uk regional shows) and the Natural British Finals in Telford.

What a debut for 19 year old Nasib | Fitness who competed for the first time ever at the Physical Culture Association Naturals (5) and the Natural Championships this weekend.

I first met Naseeb in May this year and i could see he had a raw natural talent so I decided to put him straight into these more difficult shows for his debut.

It has been a lot of work behind the scenes to get to this point and there is still a lot of work to do but he definitely made a successful debut winning his class at the Natural 5’s show then taking bronze 🥉 at the Natural Finals.

We will work hard to make the necessary improvements for the next show.

What an amazing day for Viktor Sharmanov 🙌🏻

Viktor has been competing with Team AFS for the past three seasons, challenging himself by taking the level and standard up a notch each year culminating in this year’s Natural British 🇬🇧 Physical Culture Association Finals 🚀

After placing 2nd in his qualifier early this year Victor took all the feedback on board and today took home the Masters Men’s Physique Title then narrowly missed out on the Overall.

Congratulations Victor you are a Physical Culture Association British 🇬🇧 Champion 🎉

Awesome day for Saad Farooq at the The British Physique Alliance British Finals in Kettering.
Saad took first in Men’s Physique Tall and Fit Model then went on to take the Overall Men’s Physique title at the end of the show.

Saad Farooq took home the EnglishGrandPrix Fit Model Champions Title as well as the Open Men's Physique and battled hard for the Overall title!

What a day we had yesterday at UKUP_OFFICIAL British Finals 🇬🇧 it was a late decision to enter and it was certainly the right one. Saad Farooq became amateur British Champion in the Fitness division and Mens Physique Beach Body which was weight and height related.

He then decided to compete in the Pros after winning the Pro Cards and took the Pro Title as well in Men’s Physique Beach.

The overalls were a very exciting affair, as there were al expenses paid trips including flights and hotels to the Wabba Universe in Barcelona in 🇪🇸 Spain

The athletes selected from the overalls were reduced down to three athletes who all won this amazing award. We are glad to say Saad Farooq was the only athlete from all the Fitness and Mens Physique Categories to be selected.

Check In with Naseeb Khan we are now aiming to compete at Physical Culture Association Midlands. At 18 year’s old will be one of the youngest on stage.

A few snaps from today’s Universe Qualifier with where we placed third 🥉 and qualified for both The Universe and The British 🇬🇧 Finals. The goal now after some well earned rest is to bring a even better package in October:)

Another success yesterday for taking silver (2nd) at his first ever natural competition, he also gained three qualifications to the Universe The Natural Finals and The British Finals later this year !

The winner in his class ended up taking overall so we are pleased and happy with the outcome and already know what to work on for next time.
