Weybourne is a vibrant care home in Abbey Wood, part of Avante Care & Support, a not-for-profit charity organisation dedicated to providing high-quality dementia care, residential care, and respite care. With our person-centred care approach at Weybourne, we support and celebrate individuals to help them feel valued and heard. We offer 24-hour residential care, including specialist dementia care and respite care. Our respite care service offers caregivers and family carers an opportunity to have a break from responsibilities. Weybourne Care Home has received a CQC rating of ‘good’ and has excellent staffing levels, guaranteeing exceptional person-centred care. Our committed team focuses on the health and well-being of our residents, helping with any extra support, including daily tasks, companionship, and activity guidance. We aim for residents to feel at home in our care home community.

We had a very enjoyable and engaging morning today. The residents were all eager to participate in the ball-throwing activity, which subsequently evolved into a rather competitive event.

We are observing a consistent increase in the popularity of our "Songs and Smiles: The Together Project" groups, which is a positive engagement by all.
Helen was observed to be thoroughly enjoying the musical performance this afternoon, actively engaging and entertaining her fellow residents with her vocal talents.
