Last week at Shepherd's Bush was truly special with our sip with nature sessions. Not just restricted to tea samples, visitors also got a taste of how to supercharge Okra water with bioactive compounds from other plants to expand its scope of wellbeing functions!

The winner by a very clear margin was Okra with the world renown Susumber (Jamaica) or Abedru (Ghana) aka Turkey Berry (mind you it contains no turkey, just a green berry!)
