The massage is just what you see.
The transformation is what you don't.
Because sometimes the body reveals what the mind has spent years trying to hide.
This is The Skin.Mind.Body.Methodâ„¢.
A place where women come home to themselves.
Book your assessment.
I used to believe I had to fix people.
Now I believe something very different.
Whether it's your skin, your nervous system, your relationship with food, or old emotional wounds, lasting change rarely comes from someone "healing" you.
It comes from understanding your patterns, recognising your triggers, and making different choices over time.
My job isn't to promise miracles.
My job is to help you understand yourself better.
Because understanding creates awareness. Awareness creates choice. And choice is where change begins.

If you are a Millenial or Gen X woman, then this will resonate. (Because we partied hard, healed generational trauma, played outside, adapted to a world the created the WEB and we still look absolutely amazing!)
This morning I woke up with puffy eyes, a puffy face, watery eyes, and a blocked nose.
Something is trigerring my immune system and is doing it's work.
However, my skin is unbothered! My hair on the other hand... never mind.
The reality is this:
I eat well - cook fresh, no gluten
I sleep well -most nights
Alcohol free since 2022 (I drank enough in my teens and twenties to last me a lifetime)
Stress - I manage it better but not perfect
I look after my skin - retinol and vitamin-c, spf and the right moisturiser for me
I draine my lymph nodes on a daily plus I get regular massages on my face, neck and under arms- yes you read that right
So why do I still get symptoms like this???
Because I am human.
I can control many things, but nature does what nature does.
I also had some sh*t that I didn't deal with so well in my younger years. (Generational trauma, drinking, smoking, surviving on 2-3 hrs sleep)
I also have an autoimmune disease.
I am also 40 years old.
So when nature throws me a lemon, I take an anti histamine. I slow down. I remind myself of what matters.
And I also take extra measures like using my heated eye massager from Zemits, my suction cups for a lymphatic drainage on my face, and most importantly I stop.
I realise that 2 days ago I had an intensive massage on my face and neck.
I also notice that the wether has been super hot.
I also understand that when is full moon (was on the 29th) my body does some weird stuff.
I no longer panic, worry or stress.
Because that is more harmful than waking up to a histamine reaction.
I am also looking into getting air purifiers for my bedroom and declutter even more to reduce dust.
So what do you do when life throws you a lemon?
Being able to adapt is the greatest mindset you can have.
Ps: I am hosting a community event in Pinner on the 19th of September all about inflammation and what you can do to reduce it.
Some say I've got a problem...

They might not have 4 million followers yet, but they have studied and worked with 1000's of skins.
Not just one person's opinion and brand affiliation but actual reality skins with many different scenarios.
Everyone loves a tip. Here is one from me:
Ask questions.
These are some of the things that gets me upset as a Skin Therapist...
Part 1
Let me know if you are guilty of any of these as a client or if it resonates with you as a professional...

Finding a SAFE and EFFECTIVE professional and skin care routine is what will give you the results you have been looking for.
Just because someone is selling you stuff, doesn't mean they used it, tested it, and also are qualified to recommend it.
Would you take an advice from a stranger about medication for your kidneys?
Why are you treating your skin differently?
An organ is an organ.
Would you do your own root canal at home?
Why are you needling your face then?
Would you try a liver transplant just cause someone said so?
Why are you messing with Salmon DNA?
I am looking to help women find real solutions when it comes to their skin.
The non-drama seaking generation, who wants to feel confident in their skin, rather than chasing a fairytale story and trying to look like Cinderella's glass shoe...
