Ever looked at your home hair colour and thought "that name doesn't sound like me at all"? You're not alone.

My root colour is 6/0, officially "Deep Dark Blonde." I would never call myself a blonde. That's because these names are hairdresser shorthand for darkness/tone - mid-tone/neutral.

Through my lengths I'm wearing 7/43, Medium Red Copper Blonde. Our H2O water colour can't lighten hair, so this just adds gorgeous warmth to my natural dark base.
